铝薄板电磁铸造工艺参数的数值优化

摘    要:
通过对铝薄板电磁铸造过程中温度场的数值模拟研究了逆流导热距离、冷却水量、浇注温度和液柱高度等对铸造速度的影响。结果表明:(1)浇注温度和液柱高度影响不大;(2)本工艺条件下,逆流导热距离每增加5mm,稳态铸速降低0.5mm/s;(3)冷却水量增加一倍,稳态铸速提高0.2mm/s。计算所得的铸速曲线适合于电磁铸造的实时控制,为进一步优化铸造工艺奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract:
? This paper has studied the effect of UCD , cooling water strength, height of liquid column and pouring temperature on casting speed in the EMC process of aluminum thin strip by simulating temperature field. It is concluded that UCD is the most important factor among the technical parameters. The curve of casting speed obtained by the simulation is propitious to realtime control of EMC process, and the method provided by this paper can be used to further optimize technical parameters.
