| Abstract: | On the basis of science and technology editor's intelligence (STEI) factor analysis, the structure, features and optimal control of STEI system are discussed. The STEI system is an open system, it is adjustable and directly related with people's effort, science and technology editors must adjust and optimize their intelligence system according to the principle of methodology. |
