摘    要:"国培计划"短期集中培训的时间为15天,来自云南省不同州(市)的骨干教师学员临时组成一个班级.针对班级存在时间短、年龄差距大、学历和职称层次不同等特点,班级管理者应在学员报到前了解每位学员的基本资料,报到时关注学员的表达交际能力等,为后期的班委选择物色人选.另外可在班级里开展"破冰"活动,消除学员之间的陌生感,营造交流的气氛,提高班级管理质量,促进培训的顺利开展.

Abstract:The teachers from various areas of Yunnan form a new class in the 15-day "national education training program".The manager of the class should get to know the teachers' basic information beforehand and their communicative capacity while registering because the class is of short-term and the teachers in the class are at various ages and professional levels.The "ice-breaking activity" will remove their emotive barrel to create an atmosphere for their communication so that the class management will be improved.
