| 摘 要： | 发展农村学前教育对于提高农村人口的基本素质、推进社会主义新农村建设具有长远而又重大的现实意义。农村学前教育的发展一要充分利用农村已有资源;二应加大国家财政对农村学前教育的投入;三要积极推进农村学前教育机构的多样化发展;四要制定各项政策保障农村学前教育师资。

| Abstract: | The development of rural preschool education has a far-reaching and great practical significance for improving the basic quality of the rural population and promoting the new rural socialist construction.The rural preschool education can be developed through making full use of existing resources in rural areas,increasing the state＇s financial investment in rural preschool education,promoting the diversification of rural preschool institutions actively and drawing up lot of policies to protect rural preschool faculty. |
