Exploration and Practices of Wide Development for Poverty Alleviation in Qujing

The ＂866 project of carrying out poverty alleviation for thousand villages and entirely pushing with hundred villages as one unit＂ has been studied practically and theoretically to find the profound contents,poverty alleviation mechanism,processing system,and the generalizability of the project of wide development for poverty alleviation.The conclusion and policy proposal are put forwarded to attract the attention from the governments and all sectors of the community for the wide development for poverty alleviation and to promote the policy developed both in scope and in depth,and to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the policy.
