| Abstract: | This paper presents an analytical method of similar group gatherring,and its application in targets screening in systematic analysis and the classification of similar structure.This method is named as IGGT in the paper.IGGT can complete the function of both the classification and the extraction of its major characteristics.In this article the principle,algorithm and its application in the targets screening are introduced. |
