基于HSPICE的半导体激光器脉冲驱动电路仿真分析

摘    要:利用HSPICE软件对高速脉冲驱动电路进行了仿真分析,通过仿真清晰地了解脉冲电路中的寄生参数对电路的影响,为后续制作电路板提供了参考。与近似仿真分析不同,为了准确的反映LD的特性,建立了半导体激光器的大信号SPICE模型,然后设计了高速MOSFET开关电路仿真原理图,分析确定该电路中的各种参数 ,仿真的最终结果和实际电路的测试结果相一致。

Abstract:High-speed pulse driven circuit was simulated by the HSPICE software and the effects of the parasitic parameters of the circuit can be clearly learned through simulation, and it supplies a reference for the latter job about making the circuit board. It is different from approximate simulation, in order to reflect the characteristic of the LD accurately, a big signal SPICE model of semiconductor laser is built, and then schematic diagram of the high-speed MOSFET switch circuit is designed. After analyzing and determining the parameters, we simulated the circuit and the simulation result is consistent with the actual circuit.
