浮环轴承用作内燃机轴承的理论研究

摘    要:本文对内燃机动载荷浮环主轴承进行了理论计算和分析.结合 S195柴油机的实际主轴承结构,运用 Holland-Butenschn 法进行轴心轨迹的计算,通过热平衡计算决定内外层油膜的粘度比,得到最小油膜厚度、功率损耗、浮环转速和流量的变化规律.计算表明,浮环轴承用作曲轴主轴承,无需改变现有最小油膜厚度的标准即可正常工作;内外层间隙不等时,单纯选取粘度比为1进行计算,与实际情况相差较大.

Abstract:This paper deals with the theoretical analysis of dynamically-loaded floating-ring main bearings of an engine.The journal orbit is calculated by using the Holland-Butensch(?)n method,especially in the design of the main bearings for a S195 4-stroke diesel engine.The ratio of inner film viscosity to outer film viscosity is determined by using thermal equilibrium.Consequently, the variations in minimum film thickness,frictional loss,ring speed and oil flow are evaluated.It is shown that can be accomplished without violating minimum film thickness constraints currently accepted as criteria for successful engine main bearing operation,and that with unequal clearances,calculati- ons will be unreasonable by assuming the same viscosity for each film.
