论政党执政学的建构

政党政治已有三百余年的历史,中国共产党也走过了几十年的执政历程。政党执政已经积累了丰富经验,形成了既有理论。总结政党执政规律,用科学的执政理论指导新的执政实践,需要建立政党执政学。在政党执政学建立之初,必须明确政党执政学的学科定位、研究范围和研究方法。

On the Establishment of the Science of Party Ruling

Party politics have existed for over three centuries and the Communist Party of China has been in power for several decades.We have accumulated rich experiences and set up some theories in party ruling.The science of party ruling needs to be established to summarize the rules and laws of party ruling and guide new practice with scientific theories.At the initial stage,it is essential to define the position,scope and research method of the science of party ruling.
