| 摘 要： | 清初在云南实行的汛塘制度，遍布于全省各地，深入到边疆山区。在加强清朝中央政府对西南边疆和山区控制的同时，汛塘兵丁与山区人民共同开发生产，促进了云南边疆和山区经济的发展，为云南农业、矿冶业的发展作出了重大贡献。可以说，汛塘制度的实施是清初云南边疆和山区开发的推动力量。

| Abstract: | The Xun Tang system of Yunnan was implemented throughout Yunnan Province,including frontier and mountainous areas in early Qing Dyansty.While the central government strengthened its rule over frontier and mountainous area of Southwest China,Xun Tang soldiers and the local people worked shoulder by shoulder to exploit mountainous area,spurring economic growth and contributing to the development of agriculture and mining industry in Yunnan.Thus the Xun Tang system gave an impetus to the exploitation of Yunnan. |
