摘    要:针对从系统时间响应谱分析的角度研究转子碰磨故障的识别和诊断问题,提出了一种新的基于多尺度奇异谱分析的故障诊断方法.该方法首先建立转子碰磨模型,并用龙格一库塔法求解碰磨转子的运动方程得到碰磨转子的时间响应;其次构造了一种简单的多尺度奇异谱分析方法,用不同尺度下的各阶经验正交函数作为分析函数;最后用提出的多尺度奇异谱分析方法分析了碰磨转子和正常转子的时间响应信号.数值仿真结果表明,具有数据自适应的分析函数能够捕获信号的不同特征,通过比较不同阶次的分析函数分析的结果,可以有效地对转子碰磨进行识别和诊断.

Abstract:For the problem of identification and diagnosis of the rub rotor from viewpoint of spectrum analysis of time response of rotor system, a novel diagnostic approach of the rub rotor based on multi-scale singular-spectrum analysis (MS-SSA) was proposed. Firstly, a Jeffcott model of the rub rotor is developed and the forth order Runge-Kutta method is used for solving the system equation to obtain the time series of the rub rotor. Secondly, a comparatively simple approach of MS-SSA is presented and the empirical orthogonal functions of different orders with distinct multiple scale are regarded as analysis functions. At last, the simulated results of the time series of the rub rotor and that of normal rotor based on the proposed MS-SSA are given and compared. The results show that, the data-adaptive analysis functions can capture many features of the signal, and the failure of rub can be identified and diagnosed by the comparison between the analyzing results of time series of the rub rotor and those of normal rotor using analysis (functions) of different orders.
