| 摘 要： | 大学阶段是整个人生发展的重要环节，也是人格形成与发展的重要阶段。在这个阶段里，大学生最主要的任务是选择和确定自己的社会角色，并尽量认同和接纳自己，完成自我同一性，否则将会阻碍人格的健康发展，影响大学生的学习与生活。因此，大学生应正确形成自我同一性，完成人生发展的重要转折。
