| 摘 要： | 农业产业化是解决小农户与大市场的矛盾,是提高农民组织化程度、农业生产专业化与市场化的必然要求。从组织创新的角度进行分析,探讨了农业产业化的主要载体——合作经济组织在农业产业化中的作用、组织形式、运行机制及其规范化。

| Abstract: | The agricultural industrialization is the necessary requirement for solving the contradiction between the small peasant household and the large market, increasing the organizing extent of the peasants, and realizing the agricultural industrialization and the marketing. Analyzing from the angle of the organizational innovation, this paper probes into the functions of the cooperative economic organization in agricultural industrialization, and its organization forms, operation mechanism and normalization. |
