| 摘 要： | 中厚板的埋弧自动焊可以采用Ⅰ型坡口和X型坡口等型式，通过对焊接试板的焊接工艺性能分析以及焊接填充材料用量的分析，说明Ⅰ型坡口焊接可减少焊接残余变形，节省填充材料，提高劳动效率。
