六氢吡啶催化合成乙酰水杨酸的研究

摘    要:以水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料,以六氢吡啶为催化剂,合成了乙酰水杨酸,对反应条件进行了优化.结果表明,当水杨酸与乙酸酐物质的量比为1∶3,六氢吡啶为水杨酸质量的17%时,在83℃反应55min,乙酰水杨酸的产率可达88.4%.

Abstract:Acetyl salicylic acid was synthesized from salicylic acid and acetic anhydride catalysed by piperidine. The expected compound could be obtained in 88.4 % yield after heating of the reaction mixtures(the ratio of salicylic acid and acetic anhydride 1∶3.0,the mole ratio of piperidine 17 %,83 ℃ reaction for 30 min) . It showed that acetyl salicylic acid was synthesized in high yield with the catalysis of piperidine.
