| 摘 要： | 应用新疆吐乌大高等级公路和乌奎高速公路交通事故统计资料，对包括雨、雪、雾、风、沙等在内的灾害性天气对新疆高等公路交通安全的影响进行了研究分析。根据各种天气现象危害程度的不同，指出了高等级公路特定路段对灾害性天气的预防重点。结果表明，大风是影响吐乌大高等级公路交通安全的主要因素，降雨是影响乌奎高速公路的主要因素。

| Abstract: | Weather condition is one of the main factors that affect highway traffic safety, especially on the high-grade highway transportation. Based on the statistical materials of traffic accident on Turfan-Urumqi-Dahuangshan high-grade highway (T-U-D highway) and the Urumqi-Kuitun expressway (U-K expressway), the impact of the harsh weather climates on high-grade highways in Xinjiang province was studied. The results show that the strong mind is the main cause of traffic accident on T-U-D highway, and the rainfall is the main reason of traffic accident on U-K expressway.2 tabs, 5 figs, 7 refs. |
