| 摘 要： | 介绍了强度调制光纤传感器的结构和工作原理 ,即利用暗背景下的微小弯曲检测出微小位移。复杂实验表明 ,多模光纤不仅能够检测出小于 0 .1 nm的位移 ,而且具有较宽的动态范围和良好的线性度。

| Abstract: | The structure of an intensity modulaion optical fiber sensor is introduced.The principle of the sensor which can detect minor displacement by means of minor curve in dark ground,is described .Complex experiment shows that the multimode optical fiber not only has the ability to detect the displacement of less than 0.1nm, but also exhibits characteristics of wide dynamic range and good linearity. |
