近十年国内科技资源共享研究进展与述评

科技资源共享是促进科技资源优化配置的重要途径，也是近年来科技管理研究的热点。收集整理了近十年国内发表的科技资源共享相关文献，从科技资源共享的内涵、模式、机制、绩效评估、立法以及政府作用等方面进行梳理。分析表明，国内学者对科技资源共享的研究有了积极进展，但尚未形成系统的理论体系，在应用新的工具方法和指导共享实践方面尤为欠缺。结合新的形势和需求对进一步深化和拓展科技资源共享的研究进行了探讨。

Domestic Research Progress and Review of Science and Technology Resources Sharing in the Last Decade

Science and technology resource sharing is an important way to promote the optimal allocation of science and technology resources, and is also in the hot spot of science and technology management research in recent years. This paper collects and analyzes the literature of science and technology resources sharing from the connotation, mode, mechanism, performance evaluation, legislation and government role. The analysis shows that domestic scholars have made positive progress on science and technology resources sharing, but has not formed systematic theoretical framework, especially in lack of new instruments application and sharing practice guidance. The fur- ther research on science and technology resources sharing has also been discussed in combination with new trends and demands.
