| 摘 要： | 战略性新兴产业是推动产业升级和产业结构优化的有生力量,其形成与发展有自身的内在逻辑和演变规律。从产业发展基本路径、产业化能力、技术路线、产业转移以及产业链等视角对新兴产业形成与发展规律进行分析,并在此基础上提出一些政策上的启示。

| Abstract: | Strategic Emerging Industry is the drive force for industrial improvement and structure optimization. There is intrinsic logic and evolution law in the process of strategic emerging industry＇s formation and development. This paper studies the features of Strategic Emerging Industry from the perspective of development paths, industrialization, technological trajectory, industrial transfer and industrial chain, and discusses the policy implication on this basis. |
