| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了正温度系数热敏电阻(PTCR)电流-时间特性,针对PTCR电流时间特性在线测试需要,提出了一种在线测试方法,给出了测试电路原理图和相应的软件测试流程,并对其工作原理进行了介绍。设计的PTCR电流-时间特性在线测试仪具有良好的在线测试性能,为PTCR在线测试提供了一种有效的电流-时间特性失效检验途径。

| Abstract: | The current-time characteristic of positive temperature coefficient resistor(PRCR) was introduced.The online-test method was proposed to performing PTCR current-time characteristic's online testing.Testing circuit schematic and its software flow was presented and its work principle was related.The online test instrument of current-time characteristic was fulfilled the online test requirement and a valid device to verify the efficiency of the online PTCR's current-time characteristic was provided. |
