| 摘 要： | 目前 ,电能在我国高校中成了主要能耗 ,但我国高校的用电系统效率不高 ,电浪费现象惊人 .只要采取适当的用电和节电措施 ,高校节能的空间是巨大的 .笔者对高校的节电和用电措施做了探讨并认为 ,只要重视节约用电 ,实施这些措施并不困难 . |

| Abstract: | The power has become mainly dissip ation of energy in higher institutes of our country. Efficiency of power-used sy stem is not high and the power wastage is shocking. High institutes' energy-save d space are huge so long as the measures of right power-using and power-saving a re adopted. The paper explores some means of right power-using and power-saving in high institutes. If only the power-utilization and power-saving is attached importance to, enforcing these means are no difficult. |
