模糊控制柴油机气缸冷却水温度

摘    要:设计了一种船舶主机气缸冷却水温度模糊控制器.采用的控制规则是当柴油机气缸冷却水温度设定值比实测值大得多时(即控制误差为正大),并且设定值与实测值之差以最大速度继续增长(即控制误差的变化率为正大),则必须以最大的相反作用进行校正(即校正量的修正为大).由于该规则具有简单,实用的特点,适合不同型号的柴油机气缸冷却水温度控制,适应面广.

Abstract:A cooling water temperature controller used in marine main engine was designed. The regulation is that when the setting value of the temperature of cooling water is much higher than the value measured on site, which means the control error is positive high, and simultaneously their difference is continuously increasing at max speed, which means the rate of change of control error is positive big, the greatest opposite action must be used to the correction of the setting value, which means the corrective action is positive big. This regulation is suitable for various types of diesel engines to control cooling water in cylinder.
