| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、实验对比法等对师范大专生心理健康的影响因素进行研究.结果表明,运用学校体育这一易于调控又行之有效的手段来提高学生心理健康,是其它学科教育所无法代替的途径.在开发学生心理潜能、培养优良的心理素质等方面有着积极的促进作用.
