摘    要:探讨了抗结核混合药物的注流分析法测定,样品注入后,先经ODS(φ5×200mm)色谱柱分离,后用管式玻碳电极安培响应法检测分离后的异烟肼,PAS和V_B在流动相为甲醇-0.1N NaOA_c-HOA_c缓冲液(5:95),pH=5.1,流速为2.28ml/min,固定电位为 1.0V的条件下,可很好地分离混合物,含量在10~(-5)~10~(-6)g/ml时,药物浓度和峰电流响应线性良好,检测限可达10~(-7)g/ml,最大相对标准偏差为4.1%。

Abstract:A flow-injection method for the determination of antitubercul-osis drugs based on electrochemical oxidation at the tubular glassy carbon electrode was presented. The electrode had been used as an amperometrie detector for drugs in setting a chromatographic column after sampling. Ison iazid, Natrium para-aminosalicylate and Vitaminum B6 were separated in suitable chromatographic conditions. This method has a good linear in 10-6-l0-6g/ml and limit detection of 0.2ppm. The largest relative standard devia-tion is 4.1%.
