| 摘 要： | 运用激光-血卟啉光动力效应治疗恶性肿瘤49例,总有效率达87.8％。其中运用组织间照射方法治疗的显效率达100％,完全效应者占 92.3％。应用表面照射方法治疗的显效率为 47. 8％,完全效应者仅占 17.4％。说明不同照光方法直接影响治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Photodynamic therapy (PDT), in which hematoporphyr in derivative (HpD)js activated by an argon-pumped-dye laser, was performed on malignant tumors in 49 human subjects. 26 patients were treated with interstitial irradiation. Of these, 24 cases showed a complete response(CR) (92.3%), and 2 cases got a significant remission(SR)(7.7%).Among the other 23 cases treated by superficial illumination, only 4 were CR(17.4%)and 7 were SR (30,4%).This indicates that interstitial irradiation method should be selected in PDT whenever possible. |
