| Abstract: | This paper introduces the Theory of "Zero" Increase of the storage space of university digital library, connecting with the experiments of Chang'an University in aspect of the construction of the holdings, describes the principle and range of the rejection in the holdings of the digital library, puts forward the conception of the most suitable storage capacity of the digital library and some relative problems that can be solved under this suitable storage capacity. |
