石膏裤固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折32例报告

目的:采用坐式石膏裤固定治疗32例儿童股骨干骨折的体会。方法:2002年1月-2003年2月对32例儿童股骨干骨折,男25例,女7例,平均年龄5.6岁。其中12例于伤后24h内,10例经3-4d皮牵引,8例经i-2w的骨牵引后在C臂X线机透视下,全麻后闭合复位,双下肢坐位石膏裤固定。结果:27例获得随访,骨折坚强愈合关节功能正常,无跛行。结论:根据小儿的生理特点,石膏裤治疗儿童股骨干骨折符合简单、损伤小、又能取得较佳疗效的治疗原则。对5岁以前骨折短缩小于2cm的股骨干骨折可以即刻或早期石膏裤固定为首选治疗。5岁或以上骨折稳定者即刻石膏裤固定。大龄儿童或骨折不稳定者视具体情况骨牵引1-2w后石膏裤固定。治疗标准以公认的骨折短缩在1-2cm,冠状面成角小于20度,矢状面小于30度,旋转小于15度。

Treatment of Children Femur Fracture by Plaster Trousers Immobilization (32 Cases )

Objective: To review the treatment of 32 cases of children femur fracture by plaster trousers immobilization. Methods: From January, 2001 to February 2003, 32 cases of children femur fracture were in hospital. Of the 32 Cases, 24 were performed traction after the injuries and 8 were performed reduction under X-ray machine. Results: 27 cases were followed and the results showed that the fractions were recovered normally. Conclusion: According to the physiological features of the children, using the method of plaster trousers to treat childeren' s femur fracture is a way of simple and less invasion.
