油纸绝缘溶解气体和DP值的特征量提取及关系研究

摘    要:CO和CH4是油浸式变压器的油纸绝缘劣化期间重要产物,DP值是纸劣化程度的直观量度,对它们进行综合研究在评估变压器内绝缘老化有极其显著作用。为研究特征气体和DP值的关系,在实验室中制备纸样品,开展色谱试验,得出特征气体CO和CH4随老化时间的增减情况;对纸样品进行DP值测试得出它在加速老化情况下的变化;提出不同老化特征量,得出溶解气体和DP值之间拟合的函数关系;结果表明:CO和CH4含量随老化时间加大不断增多,随温度不断上升其幅值也在逐渐变大;提取老化时间为10、20、30、45天为特征参量,得出不同温度下DP值随CO、CH4含量变化的函数关系;为诊断油纸绝缘的老化情况提供一种新方法。

Study on feature extraction and relationship of dissolved gas and DP value of oil paper insulationLi jing
Abstract:COandCH4 are important products of oil immersed transformer oil paper insulation at aging period.DP value is the intuitive measure of paper aging degree,there is a very significant role for comprehensive study on diagnosing transformer insulation aging.To study the relationship of feature gas and DP value,paper samples were prepared in the laboratory,chromatography test was carried out,we can draw a conclusion that the change of feature gas CO and CH4 with the change of aging time;The DP value was tested to paper samples to get the situation of it with the change of aging time;The relationship of dissolved gas and DP value was get by extracting different aging characteristic parameters.Results show that:the CO and CH4 is gradually increased with the increased of aging time,amplitude increased with the rising temperature;Aging time of 10, 20, 30, 45 days was extracted,and the function of DP value with increasing of CO, CH4 content under different temperature;This study provides a new method for oil paper insulation aging condition assessment.
