摘    要:在实验室装置上考察了转子转速对吸入式气浮净化机除油浮选动力学的影响.研究结果表明,转子转速对浮选速率常数有明显影响,不同转速范围其影响效果不同.给出了不同转速范围内浮选速率常数与转子转速、油滴平均粒径、气量的关联式

Abstract:A study on kinetics of oil/water separation by induced air floatation machine was conducted with simulated unit in laboratory to investigate the effect of rotor rotating speed on the kinetics. The rotor rotating speed can influence greatly the oil/water separation rate constant, and have different effects on it with different ranges of rotor rotating speed. The relative expression of oil/water separation rate constant with oil droplet diameter, air flow rate and rotor rotating speed were given.
