氟硼酸体系中糠醛对铝的吸附及缓蚀作用

摘    要:采用失质量法研究了糠醛对铝在氟硼酸体系中的吸附及缓蚀作用,并应用吸附理论和Sekine方法处理实验数据.结果表明,糠醛对铝在氟硼酸介质中的腐蚀有良好的抑制作用,糠醛在铝表面产生了吸附,且低浓度下吸附基本符合Langmuir等温式,缓蚀率随温度和浓度的增大而增大.根据这些结果,讨论了吸附与缓蚀作用之间的关系.

Abstract:The adsorption and corrosion inhibition of solium furan-formaldehyde on aluminum in fluoboric acid has been investigated by weight-loss method.The experimental data have been treated with adsorption theory and sekine method.The experimental results that solium furan-formaldehyde was adsorbed on aluminum surface.At the low concentration the adsorption of solium furan-formaldehyde obeys basically Langmuir’s isotherm that the efficiency of corrosion inhibition is increased with raising temperature and concentration.Relationship between adsorption and corrosion inhibition has been discussed according to the experimental results.
