摘    要:通过机电一体化的凝固点装置与低温恒温槽的联用和引进凝固点实验数据采集处理系统软件,实现了采用水作溶剂准确而稳定测定尿素和蔗糖的摩尔质量。新的体系无毒无污染,符合绿色化学理念。已经将其用于大面积本科实验教学并取得了良好的实验教学效果。

Abstract:The traditional apparatus for measuring molar mass by freezing point depression was improved.The electromechanical freezing point device was hyphenated with low-temperature thermostat water tank.The temperature programmed software to record the cooling curve was introduced.The aqueous systems were studied and the exact determination of molar mass for urea and sucrose was obtained.The new aqueous system is low cost,nontoxic,pollution-free,thus it meets the requirements of green chemistry.Its stable performance was confirmed in experimental teaching.
