弹力丝伸长变形的分析与数值计算

摘    要:伸长变形曲线是弹力丝非常重要的特性之一。由于呈螺旋形弹力丝的负荷-伸长变形为高度非线性,我们在作了某些假设的情况下,建立一定的数学模型,通过数值计算方法和利用计算机来描述弹力丝的负荷-伸长变形曲线的规律。根据理论分析,弹力丝的伸长变形可分解为卷曲伸长和基本伸长两部分。本文比较了理论计算和实测的伸长变形曲线,其曲线形状基本相同。同时得出卷曲伸长不仅决定于纤维基本特性(如纤维的抗拉模量、剪切模量和直径等),同对还决定于弹力丝加工中的某些基本参数(如捻度等)。

Abstract:The load-elongation curve is a major characteristic for false-twist texturing yarn and the load-elongation relationship of spiral textured yarn is nonlineal. This paper set up the model,made use of recurrence formula and computer to des cribe the relationships of load-elongation for textured yarn under certain assumptions. In the light of theoretical analysis,the elongation for textured yarn can be divided the crimp elongation and basic elongation.The theoretical and measuring curves of load-elongation for textured yarn have been compared,their curval shapes are approximatly the same.And the crimp elongation not only depends on the essential properties of fiber (e.g.tensile modulus;shear modulus) but also certain parameters of texturing process (e.g.twist).
