静、动态试验评价混凝剂作用效果的对比

摘    要:对硫酸铝、聚合铝 (PAC)、聚合铁 (PFS)和部分水解聚丙烯酰胺 (HPAM)等 4种混凝剂处理模拟污水的效果分别进行了静态烧杯试验和动态模拟试验评价 .结果表明 :动态试验评价方法确定的污水浊度降低率和混凝剂的最佳投放量分别为静态试验评价方法所确定结果的 80 %~ 85 %和1 .5~ 2 .0倍 ;评价结果差异的根本原因在于试验过程中反应器类型和水动力学条件不同 ;用动态试验模拟混凝过程是可行的

Abstract:By means of static beaker test and dynamic simulation test, the effects of Al 2(SO 4) 3, PAC, PHS and HPAM of treating simulated wastewater are evaluated. The results show that the reduced ratio of turbidity determined by dynamic test is about 80%~85% of that determined by static test static beaker test, and the optimum dosages of these coagulants determined by dynamic test are 1.5~2.0 times of those determined by static test; the difference between two test results is due to different reactor type and hydrodynamic condition; simulating coagulation process by dynamic test is practicable.
