中国青少年注册足球运动员缺乏的原因及对策

近年来中国青少年注册足球运动员严重缺乏,已经影响到中国足球各级联赛质量和国青队、国奥队足球运动员的选拔.从青少年足球运动员培养体制不十分合理、教练员数量少、比赛场次少、足球场地缺乏等方面进行了原因分析.提出理顺管理体制、完善运行机制、加强青少年教练员培训等对策,以培养更多青少年优秀足球运动员,拓宽中国足球运动根基,促进中国足球事业发展.

On Causes and Countermeasures of the Lack of Registered Football Players in Chinese Teenagers

In recent years, registered football players in Chinese teenagers have confronted with severe defi- ciency. Such situation has affected the Chinese football league quality at all levels, moreover, the selection of foot- ball players for the National Youth Team and the National Olympic Team has been influenced. Several reasons are analyzed, including unreasonable train system for teenager football players, small number of coaches, few played games and the lack of football fields. It is proposed to rationalize the management system, improve the operational mechanism and strengthen the training of youth coaches and so on in order to cultivate more excellent teenager foot- ball players, broaden the foundation of Chinese football sports, and promote the development of Chinese football.
