| 摘 要： | 目的：分析和探讨选择性肝动脉栓塞治疗巨大肝血管瘤的治疗效果。方法：50例肝血管瘤患者,瘤体直径5～27cm。全部病例经CT或MRI、肝动脉造影确诊。采用Seldinger技术经股动脉穿刺插管,行选择性肝动脉、肠系膜上动脉造影并栓塞。其中1例行3次栓塞,49例行1次栓塞。栓塞材料彩碘油＋平阳霉素混合乳剂。结果：随访6～12个月,血管瘤供血动脉超选择性插管操作成功率100%,栓塞后无不良反应,除3例栓塞后无明显效果外,其他患者肿瘤均缩小,35例瘤体均缩小达50%以上。结论：选择性肝动脉栓塞治疗巨大肝血管瘤是一种疗效肯定,相对安全,较为理想的治疗方法。
