Abstract:The design of HOE in holographic optical head is the key technique of the miniaturization of new optical head. The system structure and servo mechanism of holographic optical head is emphatically analyzed in the paper. The groove profile of the key component HOE is optimized. High light diffraction efficiency is obtained without deteriorating the optical performance of optical head.
