The Controlling Bar Chart Good for Project Schedule and Cost

A new furction is developed by combining traditional gantt chart with modem net work technique, which not only helps to play a role in scheduling project but also in controlling schedule and cost in the process of carrying out the project. By using the new function, project schedule can be changed according to three actual conditions. The actual cost of project is also interpolated to gantt chart. Therefore,how much work has been finished and how much money has been expended can be found out, which makes the project management clearer and easier.
