| Abstract: | Combining theory with practice, this paper expounds that the high professional colleges and institutes should be market-oriented, merge themselves into the market, How to adopt the market-mechanism, and make full use of social resources to foster the high-level skilled personnel in construction, management and service for the forefront of the social production by way of the integration of industrial, academic and research institutions, under the circumstances of badly insufficient investment from the government. |
