甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯接枝改性真丝织物的研究

摘    要:本文以甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为单体,过硫酸钾为引发剂.对真丝织物进行接枝改性处理。探讨了不同处理条件对接枝效果及其真丝织物性能的影响。研究表明.选用合适的工艺参数对蚕丝织物进行接枝处理,在保持真丝绸原有风格的同时.可获得较好的改性效果。

Abstract:This paper studied the graft copolymerization process of silk fabric with HEMA. and discussed the influence of processing factors such as temperature, monomer concentration, treatment time, PH and initiator concentration on the graft yield of silk fabric. The properties of the HEMA-grafted silk fabric were also studied. Experimental data showed that grafting treatment had a little effect on the hygroscopicity of silk fabric, and improved the crease-resistance, but the treatment resulted in the loss of breaking strength. However, it was feasible to obtain HEMA-grafted silk fabric without breaking down super properties of the fabric by controlling technical parameter of grafting treatment.
