摘    要:为了先进陶瓷纤维的开发与应用,需要一个符合其实际情况的强度分布函数。本文基于强度分布函数应满足的条件,通过缺陷材料的应力分析及采用脆性断裂的破坏准则,提出了一种新的强度分布函数的具体形式,研究了尺寸等诸因素的影响,并与实验数据和Weibul分布作了对比,结果表明所提出的分布函数有很广泛的实用性,对长、短纤维的强度均给出比Weibul分布更正确的预测

Abstract:For the sake of exploiting and applying of advanced ceramic fibre, it requires to have a strength distribution function that accord with the actual situation. In this paper, based on the requirements for a strength distribution function, a new strength distribution, the S distribution function, has been derived from stress analysis of defect material and the fracture criterion of maxium tensile stress. The effects of various factors, such as length dimensions, treatment condition, has also been investigated. The proposed function is compared with some experiment data and the Weibull distribution function. it is shown that the S distribution provides good fit to the strength data in different conditions and provides more correctly estimate to the strength of a short or long fibre than the Weibull distribution function, therefore, it has quite wide applicability.
