竹材细胞壁晶区变化规律的研究

摘    要:对不同生长期的毛竹进行定期采样,应用偏振光显微镜及图像处理技术研究毛竹横截面维管束结晶区的变化规律。结果表明:毛竹生长初期,厚壁细胞结晶比例的变化呈现线性增加;进入中龄期,毛竹开始木质化,纤维素比例降低,竹材厚壁细胞壁结晶比例减少;到了后期毛竹木质化降低,毛竹结晶比例变化趋于缓慢并基本保持不变。

Abstract:The samples of Phyllostachys edulis were collected at different growth periods.Using polarizing microscope and the image processing technique,the variation law of crystal area in bamboo vascular bundle on cross section was studied.The results showed that the crystal area proportion of thick cell wall increased linearly during early bamboo growth.It decreased due to bamboo lignifications and its cellulose proportion reduced when bamboo entered to the middle age.It varies slowly and keeps invariant due to bamboo lignification decrease during later bamboo growth.
