微波合成锂离子电池正极材料LiCoO_2

摘    要:用微波合成了锂离子电池正极材料LiCoO2,采用XRD、SEM和DC 5C电池测试仪研究了LiCoO2的结构、形貌和电化学性能·研究结果表明,在900W的功率和2 45GHz的频率下,反应10min即可得到纯度高、具有层状结构的LiCoO2电池材料,XRD谱线与标准层状LiCoO2材料基本一致,充放电的实验结果显示:放电容量可达140mAh/g,放电平台和充放电时间均显示出微波合成的LiCoO2具有较好的电化学活性·实验考查了Li/Co摩尔比对产品结构的影响,研究结果证明Li/Co比为1.05∶1时,得到的LiCoO2与标准样符合得更好·

Abstract:?Specimens of cathode material LiCoO_2 for lithium ion battery were prepared through microwave synthesis to investigate their microstructure, morphology and electrochemical behaviors by means of XRD, SEM and DC-5C battery tester. The results showed that a high-purity layered LiCoO_2 can be obtained just in a 10-min reaction process at 900?W and 2.45?GHz,of which the XRD spectrum is basically in conformity with the reference specimen. The results of charging/discharging tests showed that the charging capacity is up to 140?mAh/g, and both the platform charging curve and time for charging/discharging demonstrate the electrochemical activity of the microwave synthesized LiCoO_2. Testing experimentally the effect of the molefraction of Li to Co on the microstructure of specimens, the optimal Li/Co molefraction should be 1.05/1 at which the LiCoO_2 prepared can conform with reference specimen better.
