| 摘 要： | 在分析了优势和优势度的基础上,引出了优势度的判别函数,运用经济学中的边际效应递减理论,证明了公路建设投资对国民经济的拉动效果较好,即公路建设投资具有优势,并且公路建设投资优势具有阶段性。认为在公路发展不适应经济发展时期对公路建设追加投资所增加的效应也具有投资优势。 |

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the concept of superiority and superiority degree, the function of superiority degree was introduced, the marginal utility theory was utilized to prove that highway investment has investment superiority and the superiority of highway investment has phase.Then conclude the increasing utility effected by additional in vestment added to highway when highway development does not adapt to economy is more than utility effected when it does. |
