摘    要:成形磨削法精加工齿轮的关键在于修整砂轮的截面形状。本文详细地推导出加工双圆弧齿轮的砂轮截面廓形的计算表达式、并研制了通用的计算程序。根据实例计算结果,讨论了砂轮直径及安装角度对磨削齿面干涉的影响。

Abstract:The key to fine machining gear by Profile grinding method is how to calculate and shave the axis section profile of grinding wheel. The expression of the axis section profile of grinding wheel used to machine double-circular-arc gear is derived in detail. And the general calculator program is developed.According to the computing result of the example, the influence of diameter and erection angle of grinding wheel upon the cutter interference is discussed.
