以大量调查资料和统计资料为依据，分析了顺德市非农建设用地在乡镇企业布点，工业用地开发规模，城镇建设用地和农村建设用地等方面所存在的问题，并提出了一些具体的对策和措施。

Issues and Measures in Landuse for Non-agricultural Construction of Shunde City

Based on investigation and statistics data,the following problems that exist in the land exploitation of Shunde City are analyzed:①Scattered distribution of town industry wastes the land seriously;② The land use efficiency is low because the land area used for urban construction and industry is large;③ The lose of agricultural land is most serious as a result of the rural construction land increase.The paper proposes that in order to achieve future rational and sustainable exploitation of land,the Shunde City government should stick to the landuse master plan and fortify the land administration. It should apply an intensive mode of development in the land use for non-agricultural construction which digests the laid-off land and digs into potentials of the existing construction land.
