基于寄售库存的供应链协作问题研究

针对包含一个供应商和一个购买商的两级供应链,利用解析方法,对寄售库存(CS)协作中供应商在购买商处存货的上、下限以及在这一限制下供应商最优供货策略的制定问题进行了分析,并从双方的角度考察了CS合同的制定问题。研究结果表明,在没有生产启动成本的情况下,供应商最优的供货策略是每一时期将库存补充到某一最优水平,而且各时期的最优补充水平是以递减的形式出现,当上、下限间的间隔固定时,供应商的总成本以及每期的最优补充水平与上限呈递增关系;在有生产启动成本的情况下,供应商将遵循(s,S)库存补充策略。

Study of supply chain coordination problem based on consignment stock

A two-echelon supply chain with single supplier and one buyer was considered. The determination of the upper and lower limit, which the buyer used to limit the stock the supplier stored in the buyer's raw material depots in the case of consignment stock (CS), and the optimal replenishment policy under this limitation were investigated by analytic method. The problem of CS contract making was studied respectively in the view of both sides. The results show that the optimal replenishment strategies for the supplier are found to be up-to policies in the case of no fixed setup cost. Moreover, the optimal replenish up-to value of every period occurs in step-down form and the relation between the supplier's total cost, optimal replenish up-to level of every period and the upper limit is progressive increase when the difference between upper and lower limit is given. The optimal policy with a fixed setup cost is found to be (s,S) policy.
