中国共产党探索农村现代化的历程和现实启示

农村是中国实现现代化的关键。中国共产党在探索农村现代化进程中有集体化运动带来的失误,也有引导和支持土地承包责任制和促进乡镇企业发展的经验。新时期新农村建设要全面落实科学发展观,尊重农民的主体地位,因地制宜地制定适宜各自地区发展农村现代化的战略。

Enlightenment of the Probing of the Process and Reality of the Rural Modernization of the CPC

The rural area is the key to realize the modernization in China. The Communist Party of China made mistakes in the movement of collectivization in the late 50s of the 20 century; but they also got experiences on the leading and supporting of the system of land-contracted responsibility, and the promoting of the development of the rural enterprises. Constructing new rural area requires practicing the view of science development in full, respecting the first position of the peasants and leading them to establish their own strategies which suit the local circumstances.
