藏族中学生心理韧性与应对方式的关系

摘    要:以291名藏族中学生为调查对象,运用中学生心理韧性量表与中学生应对方式量表进行问卷施测,探究藏族中学生心理韧性与应对方式的特点,以及其心理韧性对应对方式的影响.研究结果表明:藏族中学生的心理韧性处于中上水平;藏族中学生倾向选择的应对方式依次为:忍耐、问题解决、退避、发泄、幻想和求助,男女生之间不存在差异;多元回归显示,藏族中学生积极的心理韧性因子对积极应对方式的选择有显著预测作用.

An Exploration of the Relationship Between Resilience and Handling Style of the Tibetan Middle School Students

Abstract:This article is to explore the psychological characteristics of resilience and handling style of Ti- betan middle school students, and the relationship between them. We test through questionnaire by u- sing resilience scale and style - handling scale of middle school students. Through this study, we get such results: Tibetan students are at the middle and upper levels of mental toughness; the handling styles Tibetan high school students tend to choose are: patience, problem solving, avoidance, vent, fan- tasy and seeking help, which shows no difference between boys and girls. The multiple regression analy- sis shows that positive resilience factor can significantly predict the positive handling style. Conclusion: resilience can predict the level of handling styles of Tibetan middle school students.
