社会融合视角下失地农民市民化的障碍与突破

伴随我国城市化进程的快速推进，失地农民群体数量不断增大，失地农民市民化是社会发展的必然要求。基于社会融合理论视角，当前失地农民市民化面临经济性、制度性和心理文化性障碍，应从改革土地征用补偿制度，完善失地农民社会保障与就业培训制度，搭建社区融入组织平台等层面为其融人城市社会提供途径。

The Barriers and Breakthrough of the Land- lost Peasants Citizenship Under the Perspective of Social Inclusion

Along with the rapid development of China＇s urbanization, the population of land - lost peasants is increasing, and their citizenship is the requirement of social development. Based on the theoretical perspective of social inclusion, the citizenship of landlost peasants is facing with the economic, institutional and psycho- logical barriers. We should provide an approach for the land - lost peasants to be melt into the urban society, such as reforming land expropriation compensation system, improving the social security and employment training system of land- lost peasants, and setting up the community organization platform.
