妇女支持小组协作者的心理枯竭问题研究

妇女支持小组是为受家庭暴力伤害妇女提供情感支持的一种工作方法。小组工作者在小组中既是参与者,又是组员之间的连接者,故而被称为协作者。小组协作者的心理枯竭主要来自工作性质、自我期望、社会支持和当事人四个方面。心理枯竭不仅影响小组效果和小组目标的达成,还会严重影响协作者的身心健康。因此做好预防和枯竭后的处理是协作者及其管理机构的一项重要工作。

To Explore the Problem of Collaborator's Psychological Dries-up in Women Support Group

Women support group is set up to provide emotional support for the victims of family violence.The collaborators are both the participants and connectors between the group members.Four factors: the nature of the work,self-expectation,social support and clients combined cause the collaborator's psychological dried-up which not only affect the efficiency of the work and the achievement of the aim,but affect the collaborator's physical and mental health.So it is of great significance for the collaborators and their managerial organizations to do a good preventive job and remaining problems in the aftermath.
